We manage the complete recruitment process:

• Identification of the requirement
• Selection and placement of the individual
• Disengagement of the individual (end of their assignment)

Italic manages the supply base using a collaborative approach. A balanced scorecard is applied based upon pre-defined spend management. This drives down the process and procurement costs of recruitment.

Suppliers are tiered based upon their expertise, location, past service history and current performance. This activity is open and trust based. Thus a positive and pro active supply base is developed.
